Search without barriers
Browse verified listings across Douala, Yaoundé, Bamenda, Bafoussam, and Garoua. Filter by city, property type, number of rooms, and budget all in XAF, no hidden conversions.

Contact verified agents directly
Every agent on EasyRenter has been identity-verified and agreed to our conduct standards. Send an enquiry directly through the platform. No middlemen, no gatekeeping.
You will never be asked to pay a fee to view a property. Viewing fees are prohibited on EasyRenter.

Schedule and attend viewings
Agree on a viewing time through the platform. The agent is contractually required to confirm within 12 hours and show up. If they don't, you can report it directly.

Sign your lease, confirm on the platform
Once you and the landlord or agent agree on terms, confirm the rental agreement on the platform. This creates a record of your transaction and unlocks any post-rental support.

Submit your identity documents and proof of professional activity. Our team reviews your application typically within [X] business days. Verification is what sets you apart from unverified competitors.

Respond and schedule viewings
When a tenant enquires, respond within 24 hours via the platform. Confirm viewing details within 12 hours of acceptance. Your response rate and attendance record affect your agent rating.

Close the deal, earn your commission
When you and the tenant confirm a rental agreement on the platform, EasyRenter charges a single success-based service fee. No monthly subscription. No listing fees. You pay only when you close.

Landlord

List directly or through an agent
You can publish your property yourself after a quick identity check, or authorise a verified EasyRenter agent to manage listings on your behalf.

Reach serious tenants
Your property is shown to tenants actively searching in your city and price range. All tenants on EasyRenter are registered users, no anonymous enquiries.

Stay in control
If you list through an agent, you can revoke their authorisation at any time. If you list directly, you manage enquiries and viewings through the platform at your own pace.

Confirm the rental agreement
Once you've agreed on terms with a tenant, confirm the rental agreement on the platform within 48 hours. This creates a formal record and triggers the applicable service fee if you listed directly.
